My Friend Kaleesi

Kaleesi was the boss of the house til I got here. She is still the boss of her bedroom (when the kids let her in), but that’s about it. See the crooked tail? It broke when she was a baby on the farm.

Recently Kaleesi had an experience with a cat “rescuer”. She went missing for six days. This is the photo that was on her Missing poster. The morning after the poster was put up, she mysteriously showed up at the door uninjured, fed and fine. I wonder if she visited our other two missing siblings while she was there.

People! Don’t take in cats just because they are outside!! If you do, call the pound first to report them found. Taking in “strays” is NOT OKAY!!

By the looks of these photos Kaleesi spends all her time nippin’. Not so. Sometimes she eats or sleeps. She isn’t allowed outside anymore because of the “rescuer”, but when she was, she was a mighty hunter. No bunny was safe. Now she just chases me and the occasional spider.
